This includes taking your pet to the veterinarian, picking up pet supplies, and sitting with your pet for extended periods
of time. There is a half-hour minimum for this service.
Holidays include New Years Eve, New Years Day, Memorial Day,
Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. This amount goes directly to our Pet Care Specialists
to thank them for working on a holiday.
This applies to unaltered (over the age of 9 months) dogs or to those who demonstrate aggressive tendencies. For
everyone's safety, we will walk your pooch alone. This charge will only apply to visits scheduled during our busiest
time, namely between 10:00am to 2:00pm on weekdays.
This charge does not apply to dogs that just so happen to be walked alone because there are no doggy friends
in the neighborhood to pal around with.
To avoid this charge, we can store your keys for you. This way, we can be available when you need us and you won't have to worry about
getting us your keys. For new clients, please have your keys ready to give your Pet Care Specialist at the orientation visit.
All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance and be acknowledged by PhilaPets so
as not to be charged for those services.
