The online reservation service made it very easy to schedule visits. A few times we did not hear back from them about a reservation immediately. But whenever I contacted them they answered immediately. And I was always able to make a reservation even at the last minute. My interaction with the care folks and the home office people made me feel comfortable to let these people into my home when I was away. The prices could not be beat. Putting an animal into a kennel/vet care center is expensive and my cats always seem to end up sick. The visit rate was well worth the $16 it cost when we were members.
